Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Blind Barber experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your grooming standards. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
